1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Formtron mobile application ("Formtron" or the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not install or use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Helaela (Elayaraja Jothi) ("Developer", "we", "us", or "our").

2. License Grant & Scope of Use
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable Google Play Store fees:
- Grant of License: Helaela grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use Formtron on Android devices that you own or control, solely for personal, artistic, educational, or professional reference purposes.
- Prohibited Uses: You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, create derivative works of, distribute, sell, lease, or sub-license the App binary or its underlying source code without prior written consent from Helaela.

3. Intellectual Property Rights
A. App Code & HELA Pre-installed Assets
All copyrights, trademarks, design rights, software code, UI interfaces, branding, in-app tools (including Clocktron and Himila), and pre-installed 3D course reference models (including HELA H1, HELA H2, HELA H3, and HELA H4 assets) contained in Formtron are the sole intellectual property of Helaela (Elayaraja Jothi).

B. User-Imported 3D Models
You retain 100% ownership and copyright of any 3D model files (.glb, .gltf, .obj, .fbx) that you import into Formtron from your device storage. Formtron does not claim any ownership, title, or rights over your imported assets.

4. One-Time Purchase & Refund Policy

• One-Time Paid App: Formtron is available as a single one-time purchase via the Google Play Store. No recurring subscriptions or hidden in-app fees are required.

• Billing & Refunds: All payments and refund requests are processed directly by Google Play Store in accordance with Google Play's standard refund policies: https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637

5. Offline Operation & File Access
- Local On-Device Execution: Formtron operates locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your own 3D model files.
- No Server Storage: Helaela does not host, back up, or store your 3D files on cloud servers. We are not liable for lost or damaged local files on your device.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Formtron is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Helaela disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, performance, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will meet your specific requirements or run error-free on all Android hardware configurations.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Helaela (Elayaraja Jothi) be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use Formtron, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our maximum total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the purchase price paid by you for the App on the Google Play Store.

8. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will become effective upon posting the revised Terms at:

Continued use of Formtron after modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
