Refunds are not available for gift cards or promotional items.

Refunds may be declined if more than 25% of a course’s downloadable material has been accessed.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of misuse or “wardrobing” (using most of the content with the intent to return).
4. Process

Submit your refund request within 30 days.

We will review your request and notify you of approval or denial.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 days.
5. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for digital products.

If a course or download is defective or inaccessible due to technical issues, we will provide support or issue a refund.
