1. Overview

  • Our goal is to create a happy, thriving learning community.

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we don’t want to force you to keep it.

  • Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase for digital downloads and courses.
     

2. Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.

  • Requests can be made via our contact form or by emailing support@helaela.com

  • Refunds are not available for gift cards or promotional items.
     

3. Conditions

  • Refunds may be declined if more than 25% of a course’s downloadable material has been accessed.

  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of misuse or “wardrobing” (using most of the content with the intent to return).
     

4. Process

  • Submit your refund request within 30 days.

  • We will review your request and notify you of approval or denial.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 days.


5. Exchanges

  • We do not offer exchanges for digital products.

  • If a course or download is defective or inaccessible due to technical issues, we will provide support or issue a refund.
